Si no est\u00e1 de acuerdo, debe abstenerse de utilizar la Aplicaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>1. Finalidad&nbsp;<\/b><\/h2>\n<h2><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">San Josemar\u00eda<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> es una aplicaci\u00f3n orientada a ayudar al Usuario a vivir su fe cristiana en la vida cotidiana, a trav\u00e9s de un programa espiritual personalizado, oraciones diarias y contenidos relacionados con la vida y ense\u00f1anzas de San Josemar\u00eda Escriv\u00e1.<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Incluye, entre otros recursos:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Libros completos de San Josemar\u00eda autorizados por la Fundaci\u00f3n Studium.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Novenas, oraciones y pr\u00e1cticas de piedad.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Misal y Nuevo Testamento con traducci\u00f3n en lat\u00edn.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Audios, videos, rosario interactivo, v\u00eda crucis, y cartas del Prelado del Opus Dei.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>2. Acceso mediante Suscripci\u00f3n<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El acceso al contenido completo de la Aplicaci\u00f3n requiere una <\/span><b>suscripci\u00f3n activa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> adquirida mediante compras dentro de la app (<\/span><b>In-App Purchases<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) a trav\u00e9s de la App Store.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No se ofrece una versi\u00f3n gratuita o limitada de la Aplicaci\u00f3n.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La suscripci\u00f3n se renovar\u00e1 autom\u00e1ticamente al finalizar cada per\u00edodo, a menos que el Usuario la cancele desde su cuenta de Apple con anticipaci\u00f3n.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Empresa no gestiona reembolsos directamente. Cualquier solicitud debe presentarse a trav\u00e9s de la App Store, conforme a sus pol\u00edticas.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>3. Obligaciones del Usuario<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al utilizar la Aplicaci\u00f3n, el Usuario se compromete a:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Usar el Servicio de manera l\u00edcita y respetuosa.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No modificar, copiar, distribuir o reutilizar el contenido sin autorizaci\u00f3n expresa.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No vulnerar derechos de propiedad intelectual ni privacidad.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mantener en reserva sus credenciales de acceso, siendo responsable de su uso.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>4. Propiedad Intelectual<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Todo el contenido de la Aplicaci\u00f3n, incluyendo textos, im\u00e1genes, c\u00f3digo, audios y videos, es propiedad de <\/span><b>EBS<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> o cuenta con autorizaci\u00f3n expresa (como los escritos de San Josemar\u00eda autorizados por la Fundaci\u00f3n Studium).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cualquier uso no autorizado queda estrictamente prohibido.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>5. Limitaci\u00f3n de Responsabilidad<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Empresa no garantiza que el Servicio est\u00e9 libre de interrupciones o errores, ni se responsabiliza por:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fallos t\u00e9cnicos o de conectividad.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Da\u00f1os derivados del uso o imposibilidad de uso del Servicio.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">P\u00e9rdida de datos o configuraciones personales.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>6.&nbsp; Modificaciones<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Empresa se reserva el derecho de modificar estos T\u00e9rminos en cualquier momento. Las versiones actualizadas estar\u00e1n disponibles en la Aplicaci\u00f3n. El uso continuado implica la aceptaci\u00f3n de las nuevas condiciones.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>7.
